Yoga and wellbeing weekend Dorset 3-5 October

A fulsome weekend of Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation and other
recharging practices surrounded by peaceful Dorset woodland
My name is Elena Kafanova-Harris, I'm a certified Yoga and Pranayama teacher with long experience in the field and on the mat. I have studied with many well-respected yogis around the world, above all in Mysore, India with the lineage holder of Ashtanga yoga Sharath Jois and his mother Saraswati Jois.

In 2019 I completed my YTT 200 with the Yoga Alliance and in 2021 I completed Ashtanga teacher training with David Swenson.

These days I run regular classes of Hatha and Ashtanga in Poole and online, organise retreats in India and Dorset, and run workshops in Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation and Sadhu Nails at summer festivals like Shambala, Buddhafield, Green Earth Awakening and Freezone.

It is a pleasure and a privilege to share my knowledge and experience for the benefit of all who seek healthier and happier lives.
